Apparently, There is Still a Debate Surrounding Jimmy Clausen

No matter what Mike Holmgren’s assertions are (that is, unless Sam Bradford is around, don’t expect the Browns to waste their first-round pick on a quarterback), some people refuse to believe the Browns president. Now, this is still just one person writing about the Browns selecting former Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen, but the thought still sends shivers up my spine.

In a mock draft by Charles Davis of the NFL Network, he has the Browns selecting Clausen with the seventh overall pick. Even better, in this scenario the Browns would also be passing up safety Eric Berry. If this actually happened, my head might just explode.
