A Quarterback Quandary in Cleveland

After two impressive games on the road against two of the past three Super Bowl-winning teams, rookie quarterback Colt McCoy has begun to dust off a debate that hasn’t been stowed away for long: Is there a quarterback controversy in Cleveland?
This is nothing new for the Browns. A debate about who should be the starting quarterback is as common to the area as lake-effect snow, so why should this year be any different? The year in which it was explicitly stated that McCoy should be standing on the sidelines, barring injuries (which, of course, occurred)?
