The holdout of Browns number-one draft pick Phil Taylor finally appears to be over, as a source is indicating that he has been signed to a four-year deal.

Last night, Taylor tweeted that he was expecting some good news today and while the signing didn’t come in time for him to be on the field this morning, we can expect him in camp on Wednesday. He also tweeted a picture of his signing this afternoon:

So far, Taylor has only missed four days of practice, and will be expected to play with the first-team defense when he gets to camp. He will be a defensive tackle in the Browns’ new 4-3 defense, situated between Ahtyba Rubin and fellow rookie Jabaal Sheard.
