In case you needed some clarification about the Browns’ Super Bowl chances in 2011, here it is: Cleveland is currently sitting at 80/1 odds to win Super Bowl XLVI in 2012. Needless to say, the Browns are longshots to win it all this season.
That may seem like a grim outlook, but enjoy this, Browns fans: the oddsmakers think highly enough of the Browns to put two teams (the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks) with the same 80/1 odds and four teams with even longer odds to win the next Super Bowl. Best of all, the Browns’ in-state rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, are one of those teams, coming in at 100/1 odds to win Super Bowl XLVI.
Other teams with longer odds to win it all include the Washington Redskins, Buffalo Bills, and Carolina Panthers.
