Browns vs. Packers: Live Game Thread, Inactives
By Peter Smith
The Cleveland Browns start the toughest three game stretch they will face this year starting with the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau Field. The Packers are decimated with injuries on both sides of the ball but while the Browns can play defense, their offense cannot consistently do anything. They have a few play makers in Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron but the inability to run with any consistency puts Brandon Weeden in difficult positions and obvious passing situations, which have resulted in some terrible plays.

The good news is the Browns have Jabaal Sheard back in the lineup after the injury he suffered in the win against the Minnesota Vikings. Sheard is arguably the best player on the entire defense and makes it so they are back at full strength with their outside linebackers, which will be extremely important as they try to get pressure on Aaron Rodgers. As much focus as the Browns will want to put on stopping Rodgers, the Packers have a strong running game led by Eddie Lacy who has shown he can be a big time player, making the overall offense that much more dangerous.
