Breakfast with Brownie
By Mike
Well Good Morning Browns fans!!!
Happy Monday it is not, after the Browns let a fast start get away from them, and wound up

falling to the Bengals 41-20 in Cincinnati yesterday.
After cornerback Joe Haden picked off his second pass of the game early in the first quarter and ran it back to the house to give the Browns the 13-0 lead, it seemed like the rout was on. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case and after a few special teams blunders, including two blocked punts and an extremely anemic offense, the Browns were on the losing end of the decision.
If the Browns want to dispose of the Steelers next Sunday and get back into the AFC North division race, they need to sure up the special teams and get much better play out quarterback Jason Campbell and running back Chris Ogbonnaya, who was responsible for 14 of the Bengals 41 points on the day.
The work week starts for all of us tomorrow and it’s no different for the Cleveland Browns.
The players need to pack their lunch pail and get to work and figure out what they need to do to get the W next Sunday against their hated rival, Pittsburgh Steelers!!!

Browns cornerback Joe Haden on the disappointing loss in Cincinnati yesterday. “It sucks,” said Haden. “It’s disappointing. We felt it was our time to make something happen.”
Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski, and his thoughts on the deflating loss to the Bengals. “We were unable to overcome the second quarter,” Browns coach Rob Chudzinski said. “That’s where the game got away from us. . . . The defense played outstanding, but the second quarter got away from us. . . I thought we did come back in the third quarter and just couldn’t come up with the plays we needed.”
Coach Rob Chudzinski was also asked what he thought about quarterback Jason Campbell’s performance yesterday. “I’ll look at it and be able to assess it a little more,” Chudzinski said. “He had a tough day. Our protection wasn’t what it was, and we missed on a few connections.”
Random Barks in the Twitter and Facebook Pound
>As some of you might have seen last night on the Dawg Pound Daily site, the Browns charter had a huge scare on approach back home. Thank God everything ended well!!
>Had to include this one in the Random Barks once I saw it. I believe it was meant to be funny and positive at the same time, but either way it’s a true statement. Get it done next week Browns!!!
>Kate is not far off on this tweet by any stretch of the imagination. If the Browns had won yesterday, they certainly would have changed the way a lot of the country looks at the Browns, which as we all know is not very positive.
