Breakfast with Brownie
By Mike
Good Morning Browns Fans!!!
Well we are slowly inching towards our “Super Bowl”, the 2014 NFL Draft in May, and the excitement of who the

Browns may draft with that first pick.
With all this talk of the Browns possibly trading for Kirk Cousins, since Shanahan is now the offensive coordinator, is just that..talk. As Brian Hoyer is recovering well from ACL surgery, getting stronger everyday, there is really no need to even think about trading for Cousins. As most of you read yesterday in Pete’s piece, why would you trade for what we already have?
The Browns should go into the season with Hoyer and whoever the Browns choose to draft with their first pick. They may trade up if they really covet one of the quarterback’s at the top of the draft, or they could surprise and hold off on a quarterback until the second pick in the first round. Maybe they trade up a few spots from the 26th position and snag Derek Carr?
The speculation is endless and we won’t know what the Browns brain trust is thinking until the draft starts, and the Houston Texans are on the clock.
Could they package both first round picks and trade up to the first pick for a player they really love?
It’s doubtful, but when it’s “Draft Day”, who knows….

>While I love this billboard, I’m not gonna get giddy over it. The fact remains we have heard all this rhetoric before, we just want to see a winner on the field…period..with that being said, Let’s Go Browns!!
>Love these comments by Ray Farmer. He is seen by many as a bright, up and coming NFL mind, so for him to pass up the Dolphins gig to stay with the Browns and then make this statement..He is a believer and that makes me a believer…Does it make you a believer???
