Hope
We live on hope in Ohio. It is our oxygen, our water supply and are life blood. Fans can have hope because of our defense, Shanahan and the state of the division. We can have hope for next year in a draft with 2 first rounders and 2 fourth rounders. We have hope that Johnny Manziel will develop into a franchise level QB over the next 3 seasons, while hoping Brian Hoyer can help get us to right around that .500 mark.

We get to look forward to the best defense since the return in 1999, a running back group that should give us glimpses of Byner and Mack and possibly even an offense that doesn’t set the game back a few decades. We get to hope the Steelers and Ravens continue their downward spiral, while the wheels on the Bengals bus fall off. We get to scoreboard watch in hopes of loses piling up for the Buffalo Bills. And we get to hope that Josh Gordon shakes his poor decision making to sit atop the wide receiver pecking order for the next decade.
We get to hope Browns fans. Keep hope alive.
