Concussions Plaguing Three Browns Still
The Cleveland Browns have excited their fan base with their current place at the top of the AFC North. The team has dealt with injuries all season and continue to do so with three key players, two starters, still dealing with lingering issues of concussions:
Jordan Cameron’s injury was severe when he was hit and he has struggled with the injury. There is a chance he will be available this week but it is unlikely. It will be interesting that Cameron could return next week against the Atlanta Falcons, the same week that Josh Gordon does. Talk about an offensive upgrade.
Johnson Bademosi is a special teams ace, and the Houston Texans have a solid return game where he could be missed. Bademosi’s role has been limited to special teams but if he misses another week it could have a huge impact there.

Tashaun Gipson is the biggest concern. He has been a revelation at safety and leads the NFL in interceptions. He played the entire game against the Bengals on Thursday Night but when he returned from the break reported having headaches. If Gipson is out Jordan Poyer and Jim Leonhard would split duties. A downgrade from Gipson to be sure.
With Ryan Mallett making his first start a ballhawking safety could make him pay for mistakes. For the Texans Arian Foster‘s injury is important to monitor. For the Browns Gipson’s is as important.
Why do you think so many Browns have struggled with concussions?
