Browns Uniforms to Be Unveiled on TV Special
The Cleveland Browns uniform reveal will be hyped much more than the “new logo” reveal. We can also hope that the actual changes will be worth the kind of attention they are going to be getting. There will be a 1 hour TV special on April 14th from 7 to 8 PM where the uniforms will be revealed live:

According to some reports it will also be shown live on the team’s site. The team has made it clear that the changes to the uniform are more drastic than those that were made to the logo. The helmet will not be changed but the rest of the uniform could be.

Some initial thoughts and rumors have the team introducing another color into the scheme, specifically gun metal silver. Along with that we expect a sleeker, more modern look to the uniform as a whole.
With Nike involved, you can expect that the uniforms will be updated to ones that fans will want to run out and buy and will want to wear for a long time. It is not expected that brown pants are being considered but, as long as it is within league guidelines, we could see much more dynamic pants as well.
We hope that the idea to televise the event live, basically everything is televised live these days, lends to the credence that idea that the new uniforms will actually be interesting. If they had announced a live TV special for an hour to reveal the logo change things would have been worse.
This one looks interesting to us.
