Week 7: Cleveland Browns at St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams made some interesting moves in the 2015 off-season, trading away injury prone QB Sam Bradford to the Philadelphia Eagles for QB Nick Foles. Foles can step in and fill the injury prone shoes of Bradford and make an immediate difference, but the Rams will need to get Foles more offensive weapons to succeed in St. Louis.
The strength of the Rams is their defense, which was among the best in the NFL at rushing the quarterback and stopping the run. The pass rush is going to make things difficult for the Browns offense, but I don’t see the Rams offense doing much better. This will be an all out defensive battle, and the winner will be whoever can capitalize on the mistakes of the other team. I see the Browns hanging in and winning this one late by a field goal.
