DPD Week in Review: Cleveland Browns open first week of OTAs

It was a busy week in Berea for the Cleveland Browns as the club opened the first week of Organized Team Activities.
The club also made several roster moves, but most notably has still not agreed on a new contract with safety Tashaun Gipson, who made the NFL’s Top 100 Players of 2015 list.
We also looked at rookie linebacker Hayes Pullard in our ongoing four-question feature, looked at Johnny Manziel as a two-point weapon, and questioned the logic of the Browns looking at running back Ray Rice.
