1. Wide Receiver, Travis Benjamin
Many believed the most improved player thus far in camp is wide receiver, Travis Benjamin. This current group of wideouts will get snaps according to what they show this camp because at this moment, it’s up to who wants to claim what role.

Dwayne Bowe seems to be the only definite starter – based on both contract and reputation – while guys like Andrew Hawkins and Brian Hartline duke it out for playing time along with Benjamin.
Speed was always a part of Benjamin’s game, which is the main reason for the returning duties he’s had on special teams over the past few years. The question is, can he become a complete player at the wide receiver position? The skill is there, but now he needs to prove his technique is there as well.
Word out of camp has praised the speedy wideout for his performance in both week one of the preseason – catching a touchdown pass – as well as his work in practice. The job is for the taking, Mr. Benjamin.
Another strong performance in week two of the preseason could really enhance his role in this Browns offense. Entering his fourth season, this could very well be a make-or-break August if he wants to remain with the organization.
