The Cleveland Browns will host the Oakland Raiders this afternoon at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Both teams are coming off exciting wins, as the Browns beat Tennessee and the Raiders took down Baltimore.

“Big challenge this week as Oakland is coming off of a big home win,” head coach Mike Pettine said. “They beat obviously a quality opponent in Baltimore (and) found a way to win in the end. They are coming in here with a big, big wave of momentum.

“Offensively, they are led by quarterback Derek Carr, who has made some big strides heading into year two. He can make all the throws, is very accurate and is good on his feet. They are doing a lot of things with him to get him on the move, very accurate throwing on the run. We have to have a plan to affect him just like we affected Marcus Mariota a week ago. Any quarterback, we always say, if you let (them) sit in the pocket and it’s clean and they can make their reads and throws, you are going to get diced up pretty good.”

The Raiders are coming to town looking for their first road win since Nov. 17, 2013, and their first win in the Eastern time zone in 17 tries.
