The Cleveland Browns are in San Diego this afternoon to take on the Chargers.
The Browns have a chance to get to the .500 mark with a win today. The same goes for the Chargers, who also come into Sunday’s matchup with a record of 1-2.
The focus will be on the play of Josh McCown as he makes his third start of the season, but he is not the sole key to success. The play of the defense, specifically in the run game will make the difference in the game for the Browns.

Currently ranked last in the NFL in terms of run defense, things may turn around as the Chargers are ranked 16th with just over 105 rushing yards per game.
So it will be a battle to 100 rushing yards, a battle which the Browns defense has lost three times in three games.
Not helping the overall defensive effort is the news that Joe Haden will be inactive for the game with a rib and also a finger injury.
The other players listed as inactive are running back Robert Turbin, defensive back K’Waun Williams, linebacker Craig Robertson, linebacker Scott Solomon, tight end E.J. Bibbs, and defensive lineman Desmond Bryant.
