The team announced the moves on its website.

The 6-foot-4, 282-pound Drew was originally signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia. He was released by the Dolphins at the end of training camp.

In 46 games with the Bulldogs, Drew had 113 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss and seven sacks. According to his draft profile at NFL.com, Drew is a:

"Former five-star recruit out of high school who ended up being a disappointment. Lacks dynamic pass-rushing ability as a 4-3 defensive end, but flashed at times while playing inside or as a 3-4 defensive end. High-rising pad level is primary culprit robbing Drew of potential production, but if he can improve in that area, he has enough strength and quickness to warrant a look on the third day of the draft."

Zimmerman, who is 6 foot and 230 pounds, was a three-year starter at safety for Oregon State, making 38 straight starts to finish his career. He played in 50 games overall, totaling 266 career tackles,  including seven games of 10 or more.

He was originally signed by Seattle as an undrafted free agent before being released before the end of training camp.
