The Cleveland Browns will try to keep hopes of a successful season alive as they host the Denver Broncos today at FirstEnergy Stadium.

The Broncos are undefeated and even though Peyton Manning is not the same quarterback he was in the past, he is still Peyton Manning. The greats usually find a way to win.

The Browns defense will be without defensive back Joe Haden, who will sit out due to a concussion.

The other inactives include: quarterback Austin Davis, wide receiver Marlon Moore, defensive back Tashaun Gipson, linebacker Craig Robertson, wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, and tight end E.J. Bibbs.

The loss of Haden and Gipson will be the key to watch, as Manning will surely do his best to exploit their absences in the defensive secondary.

The other notable inactive is Bowe, but we all know that even bringing up his contract at this point is wasted breath. He is going to sit on the bench all year unless someone gets injured or he gets cut.

But let’s focus on the positives.

The Browns are coming off a win against the Ravens in Baltimore and are not in last place in the AFC North.

The momentum from the win will hopefully carry over past the 1 p.m. kickoff in Cleveland, so make sure to comment in this thread and keep the conversation going throughout the game.
