The Cleveland Browns lost another disappointing game on Sunday in falling to the St. Louis Rams, 24-6.
The Browns were outplayed in all three aspects of the game and were never truly competitive. The offense turned over the ball on their first two possessions of the game, which propelled the Rams to a quick 10-0 lead. The Browns could not dig themselves out of the early hole and were outmatched by the strong play of the Rams defensive front.
Offensively, Todd Gurley paced the Rams all day running for 128 yards and two touchdowns. Another disheartening loss for the Browns leaves them with a 2-5 on the season. As head coach Mike Pettine would say, “I got to watch the film.”
Here are three plays that stood out after watching film of Sunday’s loss.
