Who should the Cleveland Browns target in the first round?

Another potential quarterback option for Cleveland that could require them having the number one pick. Lynch is garnering the attention now that Goff did before the season.
Like Goff, Lynch is also top-10 in yardage (3,448), completions (271), and completion percentage (69.1). With Goff falling down most draft boards, this opens up Lynch to go top-5 if not number one overall. Standing 6-7, 245, size will not come into question like it has in the past with Manziel.
Despite a recent three game losing streak, Memphis hung in with now #19 Houston, only falling by a point after Houston outscored the Tigers 21-7 in the fourth quarter. With a 21:3 touchdown to interception ratio, and only being held without a touchdown in one game, Lynch could be a realistic answer for Cleveland’s quarterback conundrum should Johnny not perform to what the team is looking for, and if they don’t want to put complete trust in Austin Davis or Connor Shaw.
