Johnny Manziel parties after case sent to grand jury

Johnny Manziel was seen partying in Miami after it was announced his domestic violence case is heading to a grand jury.

After one thinks Johnny Manziel has hit rock bottom, he always seems to do something else to continue the amazement.

On the same day he learned his domestic violence case was being sent to a grand jury, Manziel was seen partying in a Miami nightclub, in a video obtained by TMZ.

This news does not come as a surprise. He has repeatedly shown that he has a fundamental lack of understanding that there are consequences to negative actions in life.

A rational person in his position would avoid nightlife entirely, but we all know Manziel is not a rational person.

The fact he is drinking is not the worst part here. Some will point to that and say he shouldn’t be drinking at all, but there is no problem if he is doing it at his house or at the house of a friend.

The fact he is drinking and partying at a nightclub is the problem. If he has to face a judge, he will be torn apart by whoever presides over his case. He has shown that he needs some sort of punishment, and will a tough defendant for any lawyer.

One thing going his way is money, which means whoever he gets will likely get him off with some sort of plea deal. He can use his money to pay his way out of jail, but this will only send further down the slippery slope he is currently on.

While this story does little to surprise anyone, it does hurt his chances of playing on an NFL team in 2016. No matter how much one tries to defend him, he is clearly a liability anywhere he goes. Perhaps he could find a team if he played a different position, but not as a quarterback.
