CBS sports draft expert Dane Brugler viewed Louis as a project but someone who has the measurables to develop at the receiver position:
"An impressive size/speed athlete, Louis is capable of the acrobatic grab due to his length and athleticism, but has shown unreliable ball-skills over his career and there isn’t much that separates him as a player right now – late round size/speed developmental project."
Louis showed his athletic ability by testing well at the NFL combine. Louis ran a 4.43 40-yard dash and recorded a 132 inch broad jump.
Louis struggled with drops and is considered a raw prospect at the receiver position. However, Louis is a big bodied receiver that has upside if it all clicks for him.
