Cleveland Browns: The 2016 cornerbacks
Tramon Williams is an eight-year veteran and has had a solid career, reaching the Pro Bowl once during that time. The Browns signed him last year to play opposite Joe Haden, but because of Haden’s injuries he ended up playing in his place. He is 33 years old and with the new youth movement in Cleveland he might end up on the outside looking in, depending if anyone else is able to take his spot from him.
Odds T. Williams makes the team: 80 percent.
K’Waun Williams was an undrafted free agent rookie in 2014 and showed promise when he saw the field mainly due to others being injured. Williams primarily plays the nickelback position, although he has been known to play outside if necessary. Like Joe Haden, Williams is a talented player even though his production slipped in 2015. It will be very difficult for a rookie to unseat him, but not impossible.
Odds K. Williams makes the team: 95 percent.
Pierre Desir was drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 draft and has all the physical traits to be an NFL cornerback, but after two years in the league he still needs some refinement. He is a very intelligent and talented player who just needs better coaching to reach his potential. He should have no problem making the team as a backup or on special teams.
Odds Desir makes the team: 90 percent.
