The Cleveland Browns have made a lot of smart moves this offseason in preparation for the 2016 season.

2016 is setting up to be a year of transition for the Cleveland Browns. This is not a transition from a perennial loser into a playoff team, but change is seemingly on the horizon.

Owner Jimmy Haslam brought in a whole new group to run the front office, and the group has said and done all the right things so far.

The group was essentially given a clean slate with the ability to make any decision they desired, which covered both coaches and players alike.

The change was needed as the way things were done in the past was not working at all. No NFL team should consistently win less than six games in a season while also cycling through quarterbacks and coaches like they are out-of-date trends.

The new group has had some tough decisions to make, while also having some that came easier, such as picking a qualified coach to lead this team.

There are now only 99 days until the first game of the season, so it is time to take a look back at some of the best decisions this new front office made so far in 2016.
