Tramon Williams latest player to speak highly of Hue Jackson
Cleveland Browns cornerback Tramon Williams became the latest player to compliment Hue Jackson.
The Cleveland Browns found a gem in Hue Jackson. He has come to town and given the team a sense of confidence that has not been present in the past.
Tramon Williams is entering his second season in Cleveland and has noticed the change, according to an article on clevelandbrowns.com:
"“A lot of coaching staffs and coaches, some guys just don’t know how to get the best out of their players. And the way Hue has come in here, been positive, he acknowledges everybody on the team from the last guy to the best guy on the team,” said Williams, who enters his second season with the Browns. “He’s going to give everybody compliments and he does it in an individual fashion that you won’t see around this league. So I really commend what’s he’s come in here and done so far.”"
Williams may have casually dissed Mike Pettine and his coaching staff in that statement, but there is no denying the upgrade that comes with Hue Jackson.

Treating every player on the team the same way will instill a sense of confidence in each player, while making everyone want to compete and win not only for themselves, but for their coach as well.
Paul Kruger shared a similar message earlier this offseason, so it is clear Jackson has gained the trust and respect of his players before training camp has even begun.
This is a great change from the hapless teams that have graced the field in Cleveland since 1999. Jackson has yet to coach the team in a regular season game, but he has already gained more respect in a short period of time than any other coach had after a full year of coaching.

More players will continue to speak on Jackson’s behalf, and while it is only words right now, wins may be the next result.
