Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas ended up in the top-25 of NFL Network’s list of the best players in the league for the second year in a row.

The NFL Network Top 100 is a list filled with incredible talent, which is voted on by the same players who grace the list.

Ending up on the list is a great honor, as it means other players in the league recognize one’s talent and feel it needs to be pointed out.

Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas is no stranger to the list, and finally made an appearance on the 2016 list when players 30-21 were revealed last night.

He joins Browns tight end Gary Barnidge, who was revealed as the No. 94 best player in the NFL, according to the players who voted.

Thomas is a Browns legend, and continues to prove his worth by being voted the No. 23 best player in the NFL right now. The fact an offensive tackle ends up so high on the list shows the importance of the position, and how important Thomas is to the Browns.

While some talented players have been let go by the Browns because of constant losing seasons, Thomas’ value has only risen as time has gone on. He is the best in the league at his position, and may be one of the best of all-time. Keeping him is more important than losing any of the players who left or who were released, as he has been a constant bright spot amongst all the failures. He can work with this inexperienced offense and hold them together when things get tough.

Thomas is entering his tenth season in the NFL, all with the Browns, and should appear on the Top 100 list until the end of his career. These appearances should also come when he is still a member of the Browns, as there is no reason to let Thomas go until he decides to retire.
