The Browns cannot possibly go 0-16, or so we all like to think.

Each loss brings the team closer to that mark, although hope for a win should still be alive, even with the tough schedule ahead.

Five of the first seven games have been on the road, meaning the Browns still have six home games left to play. It is extremely difficult for a young team to pick up wins on the road, but the surplus of games at FirstEnergy Stadium should at least help the odds of picking up at least one win.

The toughest thing about this 0-7 start is that the team is giving it their all each and every week. Some teams seem to just go through the motions and collect a paycheck when the hopes of contending are lost, but not this team.

The only time that did not seem like the case was with the defense in Cincinnati, as a lack of effort may be the only explanation for why the Bengals put up so many yards. That, or just a lack of talent.

It is impossible to predict anything with this team, as a surprise win over the Pittsburgh Steelers is something that would shock those in Pittsburgh, but would just be another case of the Browns finding a way to put together a great game once a year as they always seem to do every year. It’s just too bad it can’t happen more often.
