Join the conversation during today’s Week 8 matchup between the Cleveland Browns and the New York Jets. Will the Browns finally pick up a win?

With all the attention in Cleveland currently on the Indians, the Cleveland Browns have a chance to join the party and pick up their first win of the season today against the New York Jets.

Josh McCown is back at quarterback, hopefully meaning the offense will have a breakout game for the first time since he went down in Week 2.

Joe Haden is also back, which should help a secondary that has struggled all season. His return leads to an inactive list that shouldn’t worry fans too much.

Cody Kessler and Corey Coleman are the biggest names on that list, but with McCown back, their absences shouldn’t affect the game too much. It is smart to hold Kessler out as he recovers from his concussion, while Coleman is still working toward a return. No need to rush either player back after an 0-7 start to the season.

Amid a season full of injuries, the Browns enter today’s game at perhaps their healthiest since Week 1, barring the several players currently on injured reserve. McCown will hopefully get a full game of work with Terrelle Pryor, who has developed into a great receiver over the past seven weeks.

Today is a special day in Cleveland, and the Browns could easily give fans something to smile about this afternoon before the Indians game starts later tonight. A few Ryan Fitzpatrick interceptions should be a good start to the day.
