Daily Dawg Tags: Hoping Joe Haden can remain healthy in 2017
Cleveland Browns fans are hoping Joe Haden can return to his Pro Bowl ways with a great season to lead this young defense in 2017.
A lot of the focus surrounding the Cleveland Browns has to do with all the young talent brought to town in the past two years. The infusion of young talent is at the heart of any rebuild, and that remains true with the Browns.
But there are still several veterans on the team who can have a major impact, and one of the most notable is Joe Haden.
Haden made the Pro Bowl in both 2013 and 2014, but has dealt with several injuries the past few seasons as the team has fallen into a rough patch.
Haden appears to be healthy as the team prepares for training camp, but football is obviously a dangerous sport where injuries can happen on any given play either in practice or in a game.
It is impossible to know if the two-time Pro Bowler will remain healthy all season, but if he can he would be at the center of any major turnaround had by the defense. We take a look at that and more in today’s edition of the Daily Dawg Tags.
