Daily Dawg Tags: A tough road ahead in the AFC North
The road to success for the Cleveland Browns starts with picking up some wins in the division, which has been a rare occurrence since 1999.
Fans around the NFL may dread when their team has to go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens or the Cincinnati Bengals. Cleveland Browns fans know a thing or two about that feeling.
The Browns have not fared well in their six annual division games in what seems like forever, and when the Browns do win one it seems like the ultimate surprise.
The AFC North has remained a tough division thanks to the consistent play from the other three teams, who see two easy wins on the schedule every season. Even though the Bengals haven’t had playoff success, even they are able to routinely defeat the Browns.
Optimistic Browns fans are hoping for the day when the power structure shifts, but nothing seems to be changing in the near future. It is just up to the Browns to start winning some of these games to help any potential shot at a playoff berth in the near future.
We take a look at the AFC North and more in today’s edition of the Daily Dawg Tags.
