The Cleveland Browns must pick up a win this Sunday to avoid falling to 0-3 and starting up talks of another wasted season.

Cleveland Browns football has been back for two weeks and we are already talking about a must-win game. Some things never change.

The Browns, at least on paper and in the world of betting, have a good shot to win this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, who will be without Andrew Luck. And while the Browns didn’t play well in Week 2, fans have seen flashes from the team against two top contenders that will hopefully translate into a victory over a lesser opponent.

And while it is indeed early, the Browns cannot afford a loss on Sunday. 0-2 is bad enough but 0-3 would be a disaster, especially for Hue Jackson. A 1-15 season followed by an 0-3 start could start raising questions about his job security when the sole focus should be rebuilding this franchise into a winner.

A loss doesn’t mean things will go into a mass panic, but 0-3 is never fun. Luckily, the Browns have a great shot to come out of Sunday with a 1-2 record with the 0-2 Cincinnati Bengals coming to town in Week 4. Try to stay positive out there.

We take a look at the news surrounding the Browns and more from around the NFL in today’s Daily Dawg Tags.
