The Cleveland Browns are back at home in search of that elusive first victory in 2017, and head into Sunday with several storylines making the rounds.

Another Friday, another weekend ahead with hopes of a Cleveland Browns victory.

Hopes shouldn’t be too high as the 6-3 Jacksonville Jaguars are heading to town, but the Browns have to win eventually. Right?

We take a look at the game and the other storylines surrounding the team this week in the latest episode of the DPD Podcast.

We discuss Tashaun Gipson’s recent comments, the rumors of a potential move to Cleveland for Peyton Manning, and talk about some quarterbacks who could wind up on the Browns in 2018.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

The Manning news is tricky because nothing has been confirmed and much of it is simply speculation, but there is certainly smoke there. And when there is smoke, there is usually a regime change, as the saying goes.

We will be back on Monday, hopefully discussing our first victory since the show began. I say this every week, but it has to happen eventually.

What do you think will happen this Sunday? Will the Browns finally pick up that win?
