Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson will look to avoid history today when the Browns take on the Los Angeles Chargers. Here is how to watch or listen to the game.

Today has the potential to be an historic day for the Cleveland Browns when they take on the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Browns enter the game 0-11 on the season and 1-26 under head coach Hue Jackson. With a loss today against the Chargers, Jackson will officially become the worst coach in the history of the NFL.

Jackson is currently tied with John McKay, who was head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from their expansion season of 1976 through 1984. The Buccaneers lost their first 26 games under McKay before rallying to win the final two games of 1977.

Jackson tied McKay’s mark of 1-26 last week as the Browns lost to the Cincinnati Bengals. Drop today’s game against the Chargers, and Jackson stands alone for having the worst start to a coaching tenure since the NFL was formed in 1920.

It’s not a fair comparison, but head coach Paul Brown did not lose his 27th game as head coach of the Browns until 1958 – his 13th season with the club. Marty Schottenheimer didn’t lose 27 games in his four seasons as Cleveland’s full-time head coach.

Jackson is truly something special.

History might be made today and Browns fans will not want to miss it if it does. So here is how you can watch or listen to the game:
