Cleveland Browns: Discussing the 0-16 parade in the DPD Podcast
Some Cleveland Browns fans are planning a parade in case the team goes 0-16, making other fans angry. We discuss that and more in the DPD Podcast.
Only in Cleveland will you find plans for a parade to celebrate a winless season.
The infamous Perfect Season Parade 2.0 planned by the man simply known as McNeil, at least on Twitter, has fans divided. Some like the idea of it while others are enraged and are declaring it an embarrassment.
We broke down our views on the potential parade in the latest episode of the DPD Podcast.
I think the strong emotions surrounding the parade come from the anger associated with watching this horrible football team that we all still love. The idea of a parade was perhaps seen as fun last year, but another losing season may cause some to declare the parade a part of the problem.
We also discuss everyone’s favorite head coach, Hue Jackson, and his comments on DeShone Kizer throughout the season.
As a bit of an announcement, I should let it be known that our next episode, coming out next week, will be our last. We have had a lot of fun doing the show and hope we can go out with a fun episode after a win over the Bears.
Be sure to follow us on Twitter @dawgpounddaily, @StevenKubitza and @Andrew_Seibt to talk about the podcast and engage in some Browns-related banter. The show being over next week doesn’t mean we can’t all partake in the misery together on Twitter.
As I said, we will be back next week with our final episode. With Christmas being on Monday, we should be back on Wednesday or Thursday.
