Cleveland Browns: 7-Round mock if they sign a QB

Round 4: Josey Jewell, LB, Iowa
The Iowa Hawkeyes rarely send busts to the NFL, and linebacker Josey Jewell shouldn’t be that either. He put up 433 tackles in four seasons with 10 sacks and six interceptions. Scouts love his eye for the game, as mentioned in the following quote.
"“I like him a lot. I think he will run faster than people think for sure. Give me a guy with his mindset and instincts and I can sell him to a coaching staff even if he’s not as big as they are looking for. His tape will win them over.” – unnamed AFC Director of Scouting according to NFL.com"

Jewell may not start right away, but he does offer a guy that can deliver some great play on special teams as a sure tackler.
Round 4: Jalyn Holmes, DT/DE, Ohio State
The Ohio State Buckeyes have a lot of talented players on their defensive line and because of that Jalyn Holmes often gets overlooked. That’s crazy considering he’s 6-5 and 270-pounds, which makes him the perfect size to play inside while also being able to line up at end.
He recorded 85 tackles with 15 going for a loss and five sacks. He could provide a solid rotational player with a lot of potential.
