Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the news you need to know in order to keep up to date with the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL

The offseason is moving along and the news around the Cleveland Browns has slowed down quite a bit. They still happen to find their names pop up in some stories however, which is likely considering they have two premium picks in the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft.

Those selections are a primary reason the Browns name has been getting play. First the New York Jets reportedly called about moving into the No. 1 overall spot, but that never happened. Instead, the Jets made a deal with the Indianapolis Colts for the third overall pick.

Following that, the Buffalo Bills called and spoke about what it would take to move up. No word was leaked on what the Browns require — if anything — and so they still own that draft-opening selection.

The real question is whether or not that spot is actually up for sale. General manager John Dorsey said teams could call him, but was non-committal on whether or not he would keep the stock. Maybe he was just interested in whether or not a team would blow him away, and that obviously hasn’t happened yet.
