The Cleveland Browns own five picks in the first two rounds of the 2018 NFL Draft, but the real test for them will be if they can find some late-round gems

As the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL are preparing for the final stretch before the 2018 NFL Draft, we all just keep speculating what will happen. All 32 teams will have representatives meet in Dallas on April 26 and begin the selection process.

With Cleveland owning the No. 1 and No. 4 picks in that draft, they’ve been a huge topic of conversation. While those picks will be vital, so too will be what they do with the picks they own after Day one.

As it stands now Cleveland has a roster in need of an infusion of talent. They were 0-16 in 2017, and have already began the process of purging the players they couldn’t win with.

Gone are all three quarterbacks from the roster and they added Tyrod Taylor and Drew Stanton in their place. They’ve also added defensive back Damrious Randall, receiver Jarvis Landry, running back Carlos Hyde and corner E.J. Gaines.

That’s a solid start, but depth will be the key. Here are five players they could look at as depth pieces in the later rounds of the draft.
