The Cleveland Browns add to a great offseason in this mock by adding their QB of the future and other players who can help turn this franchise around.

The Cleveland Browns will be front and center in the 2018 NFL Draft, and this mock looks at what they could end up doing — including them making a trade at the No. 1 spot.

In this version, they drop down from No. 1 to while picking up some extra stock in the second round as well as a potential starter.

1. New York Giants (via trade w/ Cleveland Browns): Sam Darnold, Quarterback, USC

The New York Giants take no chances and trade up with the Browns to secure arguably the best quarterback in the draft.

2. Cleveland Browns (via trade w/ New York Giants): Josh Allen, Quarterback, Wyoming

The Browns give up the number one pick and in return get the No. 2 overall pick, 66th overall pick and cornerback Eli Apple. The Browns then use the second pick to grab their quarterback of the future in Josh Allen out of Wyoming who will sit and develop behind Tyrod Taylor.

3. New York Jets: Josh Rosen, Quarterback, UCLA

The Jets are thrilled to take who most people consider is the most pro-ready quarterback available. Josh Rosen will have the opportunity to play right away.
