Cleveland Browns Secure Quarterback of the Future and More in This 1st Round Mock
By Tyler Hise
10. Oakland Raiders: Roquan Smith, Linebacker, Georgia
Smith provides an anchor in the middle of the Raiders’ defense.
11. Miami Dolphins: Derwin James, Safety, Florida State
Miami needs a lot, but adding a physical safety to set the tone is definitely a great first step.
12. Buffalo Bills: Quenton Nelson, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame
After losing Richie Incognito to retirement and trading away Cordy Glenn, the Bills look to rebuild their offensive line to protect A.J McCarron and create running lanes for star back LeSean McCoy.

13. Washington Redskins: Vita Vea, Defensive Tackle, Washington
Vea will greatly improve the Redskins’ rush defense and will create match up problems for opposing lines.
14. Green Bay Packers: Josh Jackson, Cornerback, Iowa
The Packers need a lot of secondary help so the defense can hold up its end of the bargain, and Jackson is a great fit.
15. Chicago Bears (via trade w/ Arizona Cardinals): Calvin Ridley, Wide Receiver, Alabama
After trading down, Chicago adds a pro-ready receiver in Ridley and adds another weapon for young quarterback Mitchell Trubisky.
16. Baltimore Ravens: Tremaine Edmunds, Linebacker, Virginia Tech
The AFC North is all about stout defenses and the Ravens look to bolster theirs with Edmunds, who is surprisingly still there at 16.
17. Los Angeles Chargers: Leighton Vander Esch, Linebacker, Boise State
The linebackers continue to come off the board as the Chargers grab Vander Esch in hopes to strengthen that defense in Los Angeles.
18. Seattle Seahawks: Jaire Alexander, Cornerback, Louisville
This off-season has been full of Seahawks defensive players winding up somewhere else. Seattle needs to start rebuilding to get back to the defensive status it once had and Alexander provides a great base.
