The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the news you need to know to keep up with your Cleveland Browns, including Baker Mayfield zeroing in on snaps under center

One thing that’s great about the rookie minicamp is we get to have some insight to what the staff thinks in regards to certain newcomers. For instance, we all saw that Austin Corbett is being worked out at tackle — which could make his status as the No. 33 pick look even better.

As for the first overall pick, we got to see what the team wants him to work on. That would be taking snaps under center.

While at Oklahoma, Baker Mayfield played primarily from the shotgun and that’s not going to be the norm in the NFL. That means Cleveland is driving home the need for him to work from this set. The gaol is to make something foreign feel like second nature.

That story and more are the focus of today’s Daily Dawg Tags.
