The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know. Today’s stories include Hue Jackson’s lake jump and more.

Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson’s promised jump into Lake Erie will be happening on Friday. And he will have plenty of Browns employees joining him.

Jackson promised he would jump into Lake Erie if the Browns went 1-15 in 2017 after Cleveland went 1-15 during the 2016 season. But the team managed to do worse in 2017 and went winless the entire season.

Many Browns fans expected Jackson to jump into the lake during the winter because jumping in ice cold water would truly be a punishment for the Browns head coach. But Jackson was not allowed to jump in the cold water because of a stent in his heart that is meant to help fix a medical condition.

Jackson also said he would donate $100 for each Browns employee that joins him in the jump to his Hue Jackson Foundation. The foundation’s goal is to “fight to end human trafficking in Northeast Ohio.”

The Chronicle-Telegram’s Scott Petrak has the plans from Jackson about the jump and how many Browns employees plan on jumping into the lake with him.

That story and more can be found in today’s Daily Dawg Tags.
