The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know. Today’s featured story centers around the team’s awesome ‘Office’ video

A couple things happened this week that was newsworthy for the Cleveland Browns. The first was quarterback Baker Mayfield winning the ESPY award for the Best College Athlete. The second newsworthy thing was the Browns officially winning the offseason.

And no, this isn’t a win in the sense of adding a player that everyone wanted or getting a huge steal in the draft. This win instead was the team releasing a hilarious video via their Twitter account.

Rather than setting us all up with another hype video that shows highlights, the Browns had some fun.

More from Browns News

Guys like Christian Kirksey, Joel Bitonio, Tyrod Taylor and Austin Corbett all came together on a parody of the show ‘The Office.

It’s funny all the way through, but Myles Garrett takes the cake for shredding a picture of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

You can check out the video the Browns released as well as all the other Daily Dawg Tags in the news links below.

Browns’ Baker Mayfield wins ESPY for Best College Athlete — Mary Kay Cabot, Cleveland.com

"“Mayfield, the NFL’s No. 1 overall pick, won the ESPY for Best College Athlete, beating out a field that in included Villanova basketball player Jalen Brunson, Stanford swimmer Katie Ledecky and South Carolina basketball player A’ja Wilson.”"

Cleveland looks better and better for making the move to draft Baker Mayfield. He’s head and shoulders ahead of guys like Sam Darnold, who many wanted the team to draft.  He was better in college and my bold prediction is he will stay that way in the pros.

Cleveland Browns: 2017 draft rankings show plan is working

Bleacher Report was complimentary of the Browns draft this season and Joel Cade argues that this means their plan is working. Hopefully this will all lead to more notches in the win column, but the recognition is a great start.

New York Giants: On trading Odell Beckham Jr. to the Cleveland Browns — Zac Wassink, NFL Spin Zone

"“Connecting the dots for how Beckham wears Cleveland orange and browns in November isn’t difficult. Say the Giants open the season losers of five of six, and the Browns decide they want to go all-in on winning as quickly as possible. Some interesting phone conversations could occur in such a scenario, especially if the Cleveland front office makes the Giants an offer Big Blue can’t refuse.”"

At this point, it seems highly unlikely that the New York Giants and Odell Beckham, Jr. will have a long future together. The Browns make sense because OBJ is good friends with Jarvis Landry and is already working out with Baker Mayfield. It would be splashy and could be pretty exciting too if we are being honest.

Collins, Zeitler have contracts knocked by ESPN

Bill Barnwell says both linebacker Jamie Collins and guard Kevin Zeitler are overpaid. There’s some truth in there, but at least with Zeitler they’ve seen the results they hoped for. Collins could be in trouble though if he doesn’t have a better 2018.
