Wide Receiver (6): Jarvis Landry, Corey Coleman, Antonio Callaway, Damion Ratley, Ricardo Louis, Jeff Janis

This position is currently in flux. News broke recently that Josh Gordon will miss the start of camp and the late announcement gives them a reason for concern. Maybe he won’t be suspended but reports are he’s on the ‘non-football injury list.’ So, until he’s on the active roster, we won’t predict him being here.

Jarvis Landry is their prized acquisition this offseason. He’s being paid like their No. 1 target and despite thriving in the slot, that’s really what he will be for the Browns. Expect the ball to go to Landry early and often. He’s got a wide catch radius and the team should get more out of him than the Miami Dolphins did. While Landry caught a ton of passes, they didn’t get him downfield enough. Offensive coordinator Todd Haley should improve that.

Former first-round pick Corey Coleman is falling out of favor according to reports and could find himself in a battle with rookie Antonio Callaway. Both have similar skill sets, but Coleman wasn’t drafted by this regime. 2018 is likely his last shot to make an impression.

Damion Ratley, Jeff Janis and Ricardo Louis finish the roster out. Louis beats out Rashard Higgins, but that’s a pure guess at this point. Ratley has the ability to get downfield fast which makes him someone to watch. Janis offers special teams potential but is gone if Gordon ends up fining the field anytime soon.
