They are now getting to see a different side of the players, and it gives them a chance to either root for a player more or become even more fascinated with that players background.

Can Hard Knocks make you like the Browns more? – Doug Lesmerises, cleveland.com

"There has been no way to love the football product in Cleveland. So let the fans get to know and love the workers on the assembly line. Episode 1 was a worthy step in that direction, even as there may have been some leaping to conclusions about what was shown."

With so many players on a NFL roster, it is hard to get a full background on what a lot of the players are like behind the scenes. Since fans are able to see their favorite Browns players in a deeper aspect, they can become even bigger fans of the team.

Antonio Callaway pick wasn’t bad, it was atrocious

The Browns took a chance on Antonio Callaway in the fourth-round of the 2018 NFL Draft, but his latest incident confirms Randy Gurzi’s belief that selecting the wide receiver was a terrible idea for the Browns.

Hue Jackson ‘still confident’ in Cleveland Browns’ structure despite Antonio Callaway incident – Matthew Florjancic, WKYC.com

"Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson is “still confident” in the organization’s system under general manager John Dorsey to help players become better, both on the field and in society as a whole."

The Browns have taken chances on players with checkered pasts like Callaway and Josh Gordon, and it seems unlikely that Callaway’s recent incident is going to change the philosophy of John Dorsey and the organization.
