Cleveland Browns vs. Giants live stream: Watch Preseason Week 1 online
By Randy Gurzi
The Cleveland Browns go up against the Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Thursday, Aug. 9 in Week 1 of the NFL Preseason.
It’s finally here. The Cleveland Browns will start the 2018 NFL Preseason this Thursday when they travel to East Rutherford, New Jersey to play the New York Giants.
While wins and losses don’t matter in these exhibition games, there will be plenty to keep an eye on for Browns fans. The main thing will, of course, be how they operate under center.
After years of futility at the position, there’s finally reasons to buy into the gunslingers in Berea. As of now, Tyrod Taylor looks to be the starter and head coach Hue Jackson wants that to be the case all season. On Thursday, we can see if Taylor looks prepared for the job. We will also see if No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield can apply some heat with his play.
Outside of that, we can get our first glimpse of Jarvis Landry in action for the Browns. He was traded from Miami and then given a huge extension. So far, he’s taken that faith the team showed him to heart and has emerged as a leader of the offense.
Defensively, we can see how players like Mychal Kendricks, E.J. Gaines, Denzel Ward and Damarious Randall fit with their new franchise.
But of course, as Browns fans, we need no reason to tune in other than it being football. SO here’s how you can catch their first game of the season.
