Cleveland Browns vs. Eagles Live Stream: How to watch Preseason Week 3
By Randy Gurzi
The Cleveland Browns host the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles. Here’s how you can watch the game.
The third preseason game for the Cleveland Browns pits them against the defending NFL champion Philadelphia Eagles. It’s going to be a fantastic test for the revamped Cleveland offense as they take the field for what’s normally known as a rehearsal game.
Teams usually use the third exhibition contest to get their starting teams the longest look as they prepare for the regular season. For the Browns, this will be a great litmus test thanks to the Eagles having a strong defense.
The front seven of Philadelphia is especially strong with players like Derek Barnett, Michael Bennett, and rookie Josh Sweat all posing a challenge for the Browns offensive line. Philly also boasts a strong secondary that will test wide receiver Jarvis Landry and quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
On offense, the Eagles may be even better — however, they could still be shorthanded. Carson Wentz will still be out and Nick Foles is just coming back from a shoulder injury. That could have the normally potent offense slower than normal, but they’re still strong enough to offer a true test for the Browns.
Here’s all you need to catch the Browns in action this Thursday:
Date: Thursday, Aug. 23
Start Time: 8:)0 p.m. ET
Location: Cleveland, OH
Stadium: FirstEnergy Stadium
TV Info: FOX
Live Stream: NFL Game Pass, NFL.com, FuboTV
Look for the Browns to get Taylor and the offense plenty of snaps in this one. The goal will be to get as much work in as they can now, then most likely take Week 4 off and prepare for the start to what should be an exciting 2018 season.
