J.C. Tretter, center

Tretter is the established starter at center. He has played well this preseason. He is a lock for the team.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

Chances of making the team: 100 percent.

Kevin Zeitler, right guard

Kevin Zeitler has been injured almost the entire preseason. The Browns seriously need him to get healthy. The reserves who have filled in for Zeitler this preseason have been less than good at the position. Get well Zeitler. The Browns need you!

Chances of making the team: 100 percent.

Chris Hubbard, right tackle

Chris Hubbard was brought in to play right. The point was to facilitate the move of Shon Coleman from right tackle to left tackle. Hubbard moved into right tackle and solidified the position. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Coleman.

Chances of making the team: 100 percent.

Reserves

Austin Reiter, center

It seems Austin Reiter has been with the Browns since the time before time. He has always found a way to hang on with the team. He has been solid as a backup. His play has been less than stellar this preseason. But who else do the Browns have to turn to? With Tretter’s injury history, the Browns may need Reiter to play this season. Center is a position the Browns should be looking to upgrade.

Chances of making the team: 80 percent. There may be a waiver wire pickup at this position.

Spencer Drango, swing guard (and tackle)

Spencer Drango has effectively played his way off the roster this preseason. It is hard to watch the games he is involved in and still believes he has a viable role on this team. Don’t believe me? Go back and watch the first series against the Philadelphia Eagles game again. He almost single-handedly destroyed that drive.

Chances of making the team: 10 percent.

Earl Watford, swing guard

The Browns recently signed Earl Watford after he was recently released by the Chicago Bears. The moves, presumably, was made to address the weakness at the swing guard position. Watford has significant starting experience in the NFL starting at both right and left guard. His signing effectively means the end of Spencer Drango. But if something strange were to happen with Watford, Drango may be back.

Chances of making the team: 90 percent.
