With the first priority on the waiver wire, the Cleveland Browns will have their choosing of any player that was a part of roster cut downs, and these players should be under consideration.

For the first time in a long time, the Cleveland Browns can boast that their roster finally has depth from top to bottom.

With the depth that the Browns have on the roster, they ended up making some cuts that surprised people.

One of the most notable cuts that the Browns made on Saturday was releasing second-year defensive tackle Caleb Brantley, despite the team being pretty thin at the position.

Throughout the entire NFL, there were some cuts, like Brantley, that raised eyebrows. Whether it being team’s deciding to go with younger options and moving on from veterans, or the other way around, there are some good players that hit the waiver wire.

Since the Browns have the first priority on the waiver wire, they will have their choice of any player that became available Saturday. The expectation is that the Browns are going to be busy adding players through waiver wire, and the team could be welcoming a lot of new players in the next couple of days.

The Browns decided to keep some young players on the roster, but there is some better talent that is currently available and could put some of those young players at risk of losing their spot.

Here are some players that the Browns should consider adding through the waiver process.
