The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know. Today’s stories are capped by the excitement this new look team is bringing.

It’s midweek and that brings us one day closer to the Cleveland Browns kicking off their 2018 Season. We’re starting to get more clarity about the Browns as it seems they’ve finally settled on what to do at left tackle.

Well, at least that’s the way it seems with their unofficial depth chart showing Joel Bitonio still at left tackle. That’s not to say things won’t be changing again.

Other news around the team seems centered on the pure excitement as everyone wants to see this unit come together. There was a lot of work done to overhaul this roster — and Sunday we get to see it all come together.

"Dorsey, hired in December to oversee Cleveland’s front office, has led a charge that’s fundamentally transformed a Browns team that has won one game over the past two seasons. When they announced their 2018 squad Sunday afternoon, 31 of the Browns’ 53 active roster players were new additions since the start of the year, a group that includes starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor, wide receiver Jarvis Landry, free safety Damarious Randall and high-profile rookies Baker Mayfield and Denzel Ward."

The new Browns GM is understandably excited about seeing his work come together. He’s drastically changed this offense and as he says in the above piece, that’s the thing to do coming off a 0-16 season. We’re all sharing his excitement to see it all come together.

"The Cleveland Browns have signed OL Brad Seaton to the practice squad. To make room, the team released OL Christian DiLauro from the practice squad."

Just like with the 53-man roster, the practice squad is anything but final as the team is constantly looking for more depth. Seaton has time with both the Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers since entering the NFL last year.
