During the draft process, Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield was being compared to Drew Brees.

Part of it was because Mayfield’s stature is similar to Brees. But he was also compared to Brees because of how well he can navigate the pocket.

As the Browns prepare to play the Saints this weekend, it seemed obvious that Brees was going to be asked for his opinion of Mayfield.

The type of career that Brees has put together is usually what rookie quarterbacks dream for their career. With Brees saying that Mayfield has the potential to be even better than him, it has Browns fans impatiently waiting for the Mayfield-era to start in Cleveland.
