The Cleveland Browns are coming off of a week one draw with the arch rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite the frankly deflating result of a tie, the Browns have to get ready for a week two trip to New Orleans and a Sunday afternoon date with the Saints. Let’s make some bold predictions.

The Cleveland Browns, in perhaps the most post-1999 Browns result ever, tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday. A 17-game winless streak, dating back to January 1, 2017, ended with a draw. Not only is this anticlimactic, but it is oh, so Cleveland Browns. But alas, week one has come and gone, and it is behind us now. Shall we look forward?

In the first truly brutal game on their schedule, the Browns will be taking on the New Orleans Saints this week in New Orleans. Even if the Saints gave up 48 points to Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week one, they still have one of the best teams in the NFL. Looking at the Saints’ roster alone, either week one was a fluke, or “Fitzmagic” is back.

Keeping in mind that anything can, and likely will, happen on any given Sunday, let’s gaze into our crystal ball for just a bit. The Cleveland Browns will take on the New Orleans Saints this Sunday at 1:00 EST, and these are our bold predictions.
